Works well, does as it should. Easy to operate & worth the money
Iâve had this installed for more than a week now. Works very well. Plug and play basically. Remotes work great and app is smooth from anywhere. Easy to connect and operate. Siren was decent, but I connected the siren from my old DSC alarm system that this one replaced as it was already installed in the wall.Honestly, at this moment, I canât think of any complaints or improvements it would need. Definitely well worth the money.

Nice alarm for the price.
PART 1 – You can arm & disarm from your phone app or 4 keyfobs or 4 RFID tags. working great so far, I bought one system for me to try out, then installed one a week later at a friends house, so far so good. Most batteries did come low or dead (who cares) Amazon has all the batteries you need. Take each device apart first before ordering batteries, motion detectors, door & window contacts. & keyfobs sometimes take different batteries, (RFID TAGS NEED NO BATTERIES) all arms & disarms & alerts are kept in a log & phone app, customer support can’t answer how do clear the log history, I have a feeling the alarm panel is going to get full of logging info & become sluggish. I will update in a couple of months, PART 2 – A couple months later it seems like it only keeps a month of history so that’s good

It’s a basic alarm system.
My system arrived with half the wireless sensor batteries dead. The remote controls are not as pictured, they also do not have buttons to do various commands. All you can do is arm the system, you can’t even disarm with the remote. Same with the fobs.Power cord for the control panel is 3ft, so you must mount close to an outlet.Sensors are easy to program but distance is questionable (not even 50 ft.).The alarm siren has a cable that is less than 3ft, so actually mounting it where a neighbor or passerby will hear it is impossible unless you mount it directly outside where your control panel is.

No instructions to set and disarm the alarm
No instructions to set the alarm or disarm it. No instructions on how to set an alarm code. Instructions are poorly written by what appears to be someone with English as their second language as the verbiage and sentence structure is terrible.

Watch out for leaky batteries
The units are in the batteries. Three of the twelve were not functional because the batteries leaked in the unit.

Best budget alarm I’ve ever had.
Didn’t come with a night-vision camera & didnt need tech support, so no rating, there. It DID have the most door/window sensors out of all the ones that were coming up on Amazon. Lacking in the instruction department as far as which way to insert the GSM chip. Never got it to work. Guess I should have called tech support ð but the wifi features work perfectly so it wasn’t a deal-breaker
