Some reviews express not dissolving or the taste different.I use a blender bottle and no problems at all!Taste is sweet in my thoughts.I started with half a scoop and worked my way up when I first begin this product. I do add a little bit more water then said to do so once I was up to a full scoop. The sweetness can be much in the morning. Now I’m trying the mango strawberry and it’s not too sweet and I’ve enjoyed it for morning.Main question: does it work? Not fully sure. I truly use this to help with getting up in the morning and help with controlling hunger. I’m not taking alone thinking weight will melt off. In my way it helps been a helper, not magic.Also, in my opinion, it takes a second bottle to fully start working with your body.Hope this helps and good luck with your goals!

Effective but not exactly refreshing
I’ve only tried this flavor and the blue raspberry. I found this one more palatable, not to say it’s great tasting. This definitely will replace your morning coffee or three morning coffees. I prefer to pour the measured out powder into a water bottle and that way it’s easy to give it a shake before drinking because the powder never quite seems to dissolve fully. The mix definitely works in combination with a healthier diet, I started using during recovery from a surgery that had complications that left me laid up for several months and I gained weight. Drinking this once a day and following a healthy diet allowed me to rapidly shed the unwanted weight.

Works, but you gain weight back in no time. I think it just makes you loose water weight, and it messes up your digestion. I got a acid reflux that I am still trying to get rid off.

If you want supplements, order directly from the company. These products are not the same and do not work the same. Check out the ingredients-they’re different. I am very disappointed.
