I had seen so many other reviews saying theyâre great so I gave it a try. I have been needing something to help me sleep better at night (I have a hard time FALLING asleep) and let me tell you when I say I slept like a baby the first night I took them, I was OUT out. I only took ONE gummie and even just the one had me sleeping so good all night. I actually felt it âkicking inâ. I just started feeling relaxed, not groggy or anything like that.Overall, HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
