    These capsules have a high concentration of hemp oil content in them!
    Comes in nice packaging and overall it is appealing. These are great supplements for joint support & increasing immunity. It is a premium one and would highly recommend it.My 2 cents below:Pros:- Healthy product for Joints along with increasing immunity- Easy to consume with water since these are capsule form- Nice ingredients in it- High concentration of hemp oil ingredients with maximum strength- Non-GMO product- Comes as a set of 2 boxes & reasonably priced in the competition for similar strength & quantity of hemp oil capsulesCons:- None that I see for this price and functionality

    Quick synopsis: Overall, I think this is a good product that can provide health benefits for many folks. This comes in a two pack, with 90 capsules per bottle. Instructions provide taking two capsules per day (so. 90 day supply). Product seems of good quality. No off taste, smells, or gastrointestinal/digestion issues. No GMO, vegan, soy/gluten free.Now the nitty gritty: This supplement comes with 1300 mg of hemp oil extract per serving (2 capsules). The hemp oil extract is third party tested. The oil is apparently rich in Omega 3 (O3), Omega 6 (O6), and Omega 9 (O9) fatty acids. O3 and O6 are essential fatty acids (ones that the body is unable to produce) while O9 is regarded to be a non-essential (we can produce this on our own). O3 has been touted for its benefits to heart, brain and eye support, while O6 has been shown to benefit cell structure and health. O9 aids in heart health by increasing HDL (high density or “good” cholesterol) and lowering LDL (low density or “bad” cholesterol). Although all three are beneficial, we tend to struggle (due to our typical daily diets) to get enough O3 (unless you love fatty fish or use fish oil supplements), while easily getting sufficient, if not more than enough, O6 and O9 daily.Given this, the only issue I have is that the label does not further breakdown how much of each fatty acid is in these pills. It is important to make sure you are taking in the right ratio and balance of these fatty acids, as imbalances, particularly when O6 is significantly higher than O3, can actually cause greater harm than good. Given that the standard “American” diet has gone from a 1-1 (O6-O3) ratio many years ago to a nearly 10-1 (O6-O3) ratio currently, there is no way to determine whether taking these supplements may inadvertently cause a further imbalance of O6 over O3 consumption.

    A 2 pack! One for me and one to share!
    Great supplement, I use this every night in combination with some magnesium supplements that I take, and have found that I am getting more of a restful sleep than I have in years! These don’t make you sleepy-sleepy, you can take them way before bed time for just the calming effect. Quite subtle. I appreciated the fact that this shipment came with two bottles. I decided to give one of them to my mother as she has been having sleep issues and is tense a lot. I have her hooked now!
